Social Development

In our transient, mobile society, more and more families find nursery to be an essential part of their busy lifestyles, but increasing numbers of stay-at-home moms are finding that nursery school offers their children benefits that home-bound care alone cannot. Our classes offer the opportunity for socialization and structured learning that may not be available in the home.


At Jack & Jill Nursery, your child will be challenged and engaged with age-appropriate learning activities and socialization to develop cognitive skills and promote a healthy self-image.

Program Details

Enroll your 3 to 5-year-old in our nursery program full or part-time. Open from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. We also have before and after school services with transportation options available for York Suburban School District. 


Children will have many opportunities to learn and interact with their peers and teachers each day. We have worked very hard this create a healthy learning environment for all of the children that we serve. 


Curriculum: Blueprint for Early Learning. 

It is a high-quality research-based Preschool curriculum. It provides a detailed set of teaching plans and resources for teachers to deliver engaging, intentional, and responsive Pre-K instruction. 


Each of our classrooms have the following centers: science center, writing center, dramatic play center, sensory play, art center, table toys, block center and many more wonderful learning centers. We also have a mulched, fenced perimeter playground with outside toys and shading in the summertime.
