My name is Ruth Leonard, and I’m proud to serve as the Director here at Jack and Jill Nursery School. I have over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, and my passion for teaching and nurturing young children has only grown stronger with time.

Before stepping into my role as Director, I had the privilege of teaching more than 280 Pre-K students in the School District of the City of York. Those years in the classroom were incredibly rewarding and deepened my commitment to providing high-quality care and education to every child I meet.

As a dedicated childcare professional, I take great pride in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Every child holds a special place in my heart, and it’s truly an honor to play a role in their early development.
